Men with this will have a button-like, or a disk-like, growth under the areola. Although gynecomastia is more common in men than breast cancer is, both appear as a growth under the nipple. The trainer at the gym should be able to show you how to lose chest fat but the doctor has a greater opportunity of curing you. This cannot be taken for granted because the only choices you are probably going to get are expensive prescription drugs or surgery.
The problem with doctors is that they believe that the only cure for losing your man boobs is medicinal so their choices of treatment will be very limited.
The problem is that learning how to get rid of man boobs must be done with an open mind so the ideal thing is to find a man who has actually found a solution to his gynecomastia.
